Right now, we only ship within Canada and United States.
How long do Pre-Orders take to ship out?
Pre-orders take about 2-3 weeks to ship out.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD for Canada and over $200 CAD for United States
How long does delivery take?
- Canada: 4–7 business days
- USA: 7–9 business days
(Shipping times may vary during busy seasons.)
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link emailed to you.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@thetriple9.com. We’ll do our best to update it.
What’s your return policy?
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How do I start a return or exchange?

100%. Triple9 pieces are made for anyone and everyone.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, email us within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we can’t guarantee changes.
